Boundary Waters, the penultimate song off Palms' It's Midnight In Honolulu is given the royal remix treatment on this limited edition of 500 vinyl pressing (comes with free mp3 download dropcard).
Four people took it upon themselves to completely change the song save for some vocal and alarm excerpts.
The result is very unexpected and a great EP on it's own, mixing the oblique and very pleasant music of Gavin Russom (dfa), Josh Dibb (aka Deakin of Animal Collective), Bradford Cox (Deerhunter/Atlas Sound) and Matthew Tong (Bloc Party). Gavin and Josh's remix can be heard on our Soundcloud player.
There are a few copies left and we will not repress.
